a. All participants are expected to arrive on time, this means 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour start time.
b. Anyone arriving late and missing the departure of their tour will not be refunded. We will leave without you.
2. Cancellation Policy>
a. Deposits (full and partial) for cancelled reservations are non-refundable.
b. Changing or rescheduling your reservation within 48-hours is subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of retail price of future reservation, and no refunds will be provided for initial booking. This fee is charged IN ADDITION to the total quoted price of your reservation. This means that any reservations with a remaining balance due, will be paying both a rescheduling fee, as well as their remaining balance. Please note that while we will try to accommodate rescheduling your reservation, it is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
c. No-shows will be charged in FULL, this fee CANNOT be applied to a tour or service at a later time.
d. Regardless of whether you have paid in full or have a balance due on arrival, you will be charged your full original quoted price. This means that if you originally made a reservation for 3 people, and only 2 people show up, you will still be charged the full price for 3 people. This policy applies to any number of people.
3. Refund Policy
a. Once you embark on your tour into the desert, there are no refunds unless tour guide has to shut down the tour due to weather or other unsafe conditions.
b. No refunds will be provided if participants miss their scheduled reservation or change or alter their reservation within 48 hours.
c. No refunds will be provided if a tour group chooses to end the tour early or is unable to ride the full length of time specified in their reservation. Please be aware of all riders’ physical abilities as well as restrictions. Please only make a reservation for the amount of riding time that you know you can handle, whether it is 2 hours, 4 hours or a full day.

Academy does not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) outside the company unless it is necessary to provide you with products or services available from us. We may also disclose information when you tell us to do so, to identify or contact you, to protect your rights or the rights of Academy Rentals or as required or permitted by law.
Even within the Academy company, we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services available from us. Any third-party companies we use to provide you with products or services are required to keep your information secure and confidential.
